How long does shipping typically take?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and ready to ship. Shipping charges and speeds vary based upon shipping options chosen during checkout. For international orders, please be aware that extra shipping time and customs fees are sometimes required for the import of merchandise. We are not responsible for any extra fees you may encounter with your purchase as a result of import regulations.
To check your order status, please use the tracking link in the email sent to you from email@example.com when your order was processed. Where do you ship orders?
We ship to all 50 states, the District of Columbia, U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We also ship internationally to most countries.
What is your Refund Policy?
With the exception of final sale items, refunds are issued for items returned to us in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. If for any reason you would like to return your items, we issue a full refund of the purchase price in the original payment method. We do not refund shipping costs.
All Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date. If you would like to schedule a return, please email email@example.com within 14 days of original delivery date to arrange it. We stand by the quality and workmanship of our products and will work to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase.
International orders and items purchased with merchandise credit are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for any refund.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it for a refund?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
We take extra precautions to ensure that your order will arrive undamaged. However, if it arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately. All damage to orders must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for concerns about your order.
What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately upon receiving your order confirmation if you realize the shipping address is incorrect. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Orders that are sent back to us because of an invalid address will be processed as returns.
